Otis makes each day brighter with his lovable personality and unwavering loyalty. He is a favorite everywhere he goes and because of him, I quickly got to know every single neighbor – who tell me that seeing Otis, makes their day. 

To keep up with him, I have become more active and have ventured to new parks and trails. Most importantly, Otis is a constant reminder to love unconditionally and wake up every morning with a tail-waggin’ attitude."
