Author Theresa Piasta and Dog Trainer David Shade met in 2018 via an event hosted by Bunker Labs, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping new veteran entrepreneurs start their own business, and they have been partnering ever since!

Both Puppy Mama and At Attention Dog Training are committed to helping dog parents raise happy and healthy well-behaved dogs that are integral family members.

Rehomed dogs are at risk for poor treatment and euthanasia in many cities in the United States. According to the ASPCA, 670,000 dogs are euthanized in the United States every year, and 47% of rehomed dogs are caused by “pet problems,” defined by problematic behaviors, aggressive behaviors, that grew larger than expected, or health problems owner couldn’t handle.
